Funding Solutions
In the context of the current international financial crisis, which was specially aggravated in the last trimester of 2008, the European Union suggested a set of relaunch measures for the european economy so as to minimize the consequences of the crisis in the entrepreneurial landscape. Amongst the most important measures adopted by the Portuguese Government we highlight the following programs in which we offer support in the application process:
PME INVEST – has as goal to facilitate the access of Portuguese PMEs to bank credit by appealing to loans with reduced rate loans and sharing the risk with Mutual Guarantee Socieites, which guarantee part of the funding. The lines still available are:
PME Consolida – Aims to support the reinforcement of the financial structure of PMEs, namely in processes of mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructuring and also in the injection of capitals in the company by means of the temporary sale of real estate assets from its patrimony. It encompasses three support instruments:
FACCE – Fundo Autónomo de Apoio à Concentração e Consolidação de Empresas (Autonomous Support Fund to the Concentration and Consolidation of Companies);
FIEAE - Fundo Imobiliário Especial de Apoio às empresas (Special Real Estate Support Fund for companies);
