Drafting and Financial Management of Applications to the POPH (Programa Operacional Potencial Humano - Operation Human Potential Program), with the purpose to benefit from communitarian support for training ministered to the companies personnel. Upon approval and receival of the incentives we supply all required support to the level of financial management of the attributed sums, namely:

• Assessment and control of all received tranches in the context of the Funding Request to enable necessary undertakings;
• Draft of all necessary forms underlying the Funding Request;
• Creation, organization and managment of the Accountancy Process;
• Monitoring of the financial execution of the Training Plan and analysis of occurred deviations considering the forecasted financial program  and its budgetary implications.
