The continuous monitoring of constant changes in labour legislation and an intervention in several sectors of activity allow for a deep knowledge of the features and specificities of each sector and the Collective Employment Contracts  which govern its labour relations.

 

 Being a particularly sensitive area, as it involves the most valuable resources of any organization, its collaborators, hiring an external service of payroll processing allows receiving the support of experts with academic training and experience in these issues, ensuring a quality, efficient, confidential service, which is consequently more competitive.

Within the scope of payroll processing, we carry out the following tasks:
 
  • Gathering information in absences, sick leaves, admissions, among others and computerized update;
  • Creation, Maintenance and Update of a Staff Files;
  • Communication of Admissions and Terminations with ACT [Authority for Work Conditions];
  • Processing payrolls to be paid to employees;
  • Applications to Employment and Recruitment Support Measures  (Employment Initiative 2009);
  • Administrative Management of Professional Training Initiatives;
  • Preparation of Employment Contracts
  • Legalization of foreign employees
  • Labour Consulting.
Responsibility for complying with all returns obligations arising from payroll processing, namely:
 
  • Social security Payroll Map and preparation of Summary Sheets of Total Amounts to be with the Bank Institution;
  • PS2 File [Interbank collections] for the bank;
  • Issuances of Payroll Receipts;
  • Staff Plan;
  • Social Balance;
  • Annual Income Tax Return ;
  • Inquiries to Companies from Bank of Portugal (Central Balance Sheet service) and the Statistics National Institute;
