
We view accounting within a perspective of management, i.e. as a source of financial information available for taking merely operational or strategic decisions.
To achieve this aim, we plan and organize the accounts plan in accordance to each company’s specificities and its activity sector. This parameterization is indispensable to obtain relevant information to control and manage the organization.
In companies with several activities, we implement an analytical accounting system which allows a permanent assessment of each sector’s performance. We identify costs and profits allocated to each centre of responsibility, as well as the criteria used to divide common costs and human resources allocation to obtain an analysis of the organization as a whole and of each sector.
In terms of monitoring the companies’ activity evolution, we use budget accounting, resorting to our management software to control the annual budget execution, analysing potential deviations from previsions in accumulated terms and for each specific month.
